1Arm DB Push Press
R/L 8 sets of 3
1Arm DB Row
R/L 8 sets of 3

MetCon
Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
2 Squat Cleans, 50-60kg
4 Toes to Bar

CWOD
Complete the Strength WOD with sets on the minute for 16 minutes alternating between PP & Row. Complete the MetCon with heavy DB/KB squat cleans.
